Life in the country…

is wonderful and I don’t miss city living a bit, but when we have a massive snow storm with three feet of snow arriving in one day, it means we aren’t going anywhere for a while.  It’s been over 24 hours since the snow stopped and we’re still waiting to get plowed out.   The sun is out and it’s quite pretty, but we’re forced to stay put and have cancelled any appointments that were scheduled for today.  We haven’t had mail delivery since Monday.  Thank goodness we haven’t had any power outages.   My flexshaft and other power tools are still operational, so it’s just another day at the bench!
