I’m back in my studio…

and still catching up on everything that kept going on while I was on vacation.   Email, snail mail, my Etsy shop, and kitty love – all require immediate attention.  I’m gazing out the window at the multitude of weeds that have shot up these past two weeks and realize that I’ll have to learn to embrace a weedy prairie as I have no time to deal with it now!  It’s time to get back to the workbench – I have just three weeks to create a collection of new work for my trunk show which will be held at Brio Gallery in Galena, IL on September 10.  After that I can concentrate on the new beaded cuff design that I started during my vacation.  Once again, I’m wishing for several elves to make an appearance – the kind who will work while I sleep !
