Both the beading kit and tutorial for the Empress Ming Cuff (inspired by Wings and Horns in CGBI) are listed in my Etsy shop.  The digital tutorial shows colored charts for both colourways so you can make one of each if you are so inclined!  The kit contains almost 50 grams of quality Japanese beads: Delicas, metallic seed, and drop beads and the design is available in colourways of Royal Blue and Brilliant Red or you can special request a different color choice (deep purple, perhaps?) by contacting me. The easy to understand fifteen-page step-by-step tutorial is accompanied by full color photos and a 4×6 inch color photo.  So, if you are ready to enter planet Mongo, go for it!
