The long-awaited “Contemporary Geometric Beadwork – Volume II” has arrived! I’m dying to carve out some time to peruse all the “eye candy” contained therein page by page! From first glance, it appears to be filled with even more works and info than “CGB-I”, which I also ordered, as there are some updates in it. I love the feel and subtle gloss of the pages and the spiral binding makes it much easier to work from than bound publications. I am absolutely thrilled to have had several of my CGB inspired designs included; “Coneucopia” Brooch, “Empress Ming’s Cuff”, Princess Ming’s Earrings”, “Loch Ness Sea Dragon” Wrap, and “Safari” Cuff and Earrings (beading kits and tutorials for the highlighted items are available in my Etsy shop) on pages: 23, 76-77, and 230. Thank you, Kate! The books are beautiful…and I love the token porcupine eraser!
